Daylongs and Multi-Day Retreats
MARC organizes and co-sponsors a variety of retreat experiences-- which are great opportunities to immerse in an extended period of time both practicing and learning about mindfulness.
- Daylong Retreats (or "Day of Mindulness" retreats) are usually about 6 hours, typically held at UCLA, and include sitting, walking meditations, and themes to explore mindfulness. Learn more about Daylong Retreats»
