Sharing Support Group Are you currently sharing mindfulness in your job, mental health practice, volunteer work, or with friends?
MARC will be starting a new "Mindful Awareness Sharing Support Group." Many of us, having developed our own mindfulness practice, have found ways to share it informally, in groups, or one-on-one. MARC would like to support you. We will be offering monthly meetings with the following goals in mind: creating collegial support with others who are also sharing mindfulness, practicing together, and exploring issues such as: maintaining mindfulness while teaching, responding to questions, how to share when your are beginning yourself, group facilitation and more. This is not a certification program. Diana Winston will lead the groups.
If you are interested, please send Rani an email stating how you are currently sharing mindfulness, when you started your own practice, and best times for a group meeting. Do you prefer the day, evening, weekend, etc?
