MARC is partnering with the Healthy Campus Initiative to deliver a range of lectures and experiential workshops related to mindfulness, health, and mind-body wellness.

  • UCLA Sleep Well Campaign NEW 
    As part of the Sleep Well Week, Drop-in meditation sessions in the week of April 6- 10 will include short practices/ topics on sleep, mindfulness, and restfulness.

    Drawing upon neuropsychology and clinical examples, sleep experts will discuss why we need sleep, how much sleep we need, and how we can get better sleep.
